THE MISSION OF THE LIVINGSTON COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY is to place each animal who comes to us into a good, loving home. We also promote responsible pet care. During your visit here on our web site, you'll be able to see the animals that we now have available for adoption. All animals are spay or neutered, all shots up to date, including rabies, and dogs are microchipped. If you decide to adopt a pet from us and have any questions do not hesitate to give us a call. We are glad to help you get acquainted with your new pet.
DONATE ITEMS The shelter is always in need of volunteers to help care for the animals and donations of items are always needed. Things you can donate include; toys, leashes, collars, towels, dog shampoo,cleaning supplies,bleach,old blankets, 39 gallon black garbage bags, white tall kitchen bags, paper towels, canned cat and dog food. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated! Please come out and spend some time playing with the dogs and cats! Perhaps you'd like to take a dog for a walk or brush the cats! Socialization is one of the biggest things you can do for the animals. We hope to see you.
